Required Skills and Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of CNC and VMC machines with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems promptly.
  • Strong experience in handling breakdowns, ensuring minimal machine downtime.

  • Hands-on experience with machine controllers including:

  • FANUC Oi Series

  • Siemens
  • Mitsubishi

  • DMG Controllers

  • Proficient in machine parameter setting and I/O interfacing.

  • Skilled in ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) and APC (Automatic Pallet Changer) recovery, along with understanding of their interlocks.

  • Experience in shop floor maintenance, including:

  • AC systems

  • Fans
  • Water pumps

  • Overhead cranes

  • Good understanding of electrical logic, interlocks, and the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.

  • Proven ability to handle critical breakdowns efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong commitment to safety standards, with awareness and adherence to safety protocols at all times
