Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality photography and videography for advertising campaigns, client events, and e-commerce product shoots.
  • Develop visually compelling content, including impactful reels for Instagram and promotional videos for YouTube and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and produce engaging visual stories that align with marketing goals.
  • Handle gimbal operations and advanced camera equipment with expertise to capture dynamic and professional shots.
  • Ensure proper lighting, framing, and styling during photoshoots to achieve the desired look and feel.
  • Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software to meet client expectations and project requirements.
  • Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
  • Work independently to handle shoots, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results without supervision.
  • Stay updated with the latest photography trends, equipment, and techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in photography, videography, and content creation, preferably in an advertising agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique ideas.
  • Proficiency in handling gimbals, drones, DSLR cameras, and other advanced photography equipment.
  • Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and photo editing tools like Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Ability to manage solo shoots effectively and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Flexible, proactive, and capable of adapting to various shooting environments and requirements.
  • Passionate about photography, storytelling, and visual branding.
