We're seeking a talented in-house photographer to join our dynamic team and help showcase our craftsmanship through captivating visuals.

Job Summary

As our In-House Creative Photographer & Content Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in documenting and elevating our brand's story. You'll capture the magic behind our gift boxes—from conceptualization and manufacturing to final styling—while creating high-quality content for our website and social media. This role requires a blend of technical photography skills, creative styling expertise, and proactive content production to ensure our visuals align with our luxury aesthetic. You'll work independently, managing shoots from start to finish, and contribute to our fast-paced environment by meeting deadlines and innovating ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Behind-the-Scenes Documentation: Creatively capture the entire gift box creation process, including product making, assembly, packaging design, manufacturing, and conceptualization, to highlight our unique in-house approach.
• Product Photography & Styling: Photograph and style completed gift boxes, ensuring they reflect our luxury brand identity for use on the website and social media platforms.
• Idea Generation & Mood boards: Research trends, develop creative concepts, and create mood boards for product styling to inspire shoots and align with marketing goals.
• Prop Sourcing & Shoot Setup: Source, organize, and manage props, backgrounds, and materials to stylize shoots, creating visually compelling setups that enhance our brand narrative.
• Content Creation: Shoot behind-the-scenes footage to produce engaging reels, stories for Instagram, and multimedia content for the website, fostering audience connection and brand loyalty.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit and retouch photos and videos to professional standards, ensuring consistency in quality, color, and style.
• Timeline Management: Proactively plan and execute tasks to meet project deadlines, adapting to evolving priorities in a collaborative yet independent setting.
• Independent Workflow: Operate autonomously, from concept to delivery, while collaborating with the team to refine ideas and ensure alignment with brand vision.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in photography, preferably in product, lifestyle, or e-commerce settings, with a portfolio showcasing creative BTS work, styling, and luxury aesthetics.
• Proficiency in photography equipment (DSLR cameras, lighting setups) and editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Strong styling skills with an eye for detail, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
• Experience creating social media content, including Instagram reels and stories, with an understanding of platform-specific best practices.
• Ability to research trends, source props efficiently, and build moodboards using tools like Pinterest or design software.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive mindset to anticipate needs and deliver on time.
• Ability to work independently in a creative environment, while being adaptable and collaborative when needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Passion for luxury branding and gifting, with a creative flair for turning everyday processes into aspirational content.
