Executive - PPC

Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing production planning and control activities within the organization. Coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment. Key Responsibilities:

• Pending customer order analysis
• Liaising with production and plant PPC department for the pending order production
• Prepare in-house or interplant material shortage SKU wise of the pending customer orders
• Prepare outsource material shortage SKU wise of the pending customer orders
• Liaising with material management department for the shortage material procurement as per customer order shortage and safety stock
• Analysis of shortfall material to fulfil the safety stock
• Review pending production orders and complete these with the co-ordination of production department
• Co-ordinate with the sales department for their requirements and to make them aware about the current orders delivery
• Reviewing sales forecasts and customer demands to understand the product demands in the market
• Planning production schedules to fulfil orders effectively taking planning time, routing and product quantities into account
• Monitoring stock levels in raw materials, semi-finish and finished products to ensure a smooth production process
• Coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
• Material master/BOM/Routing maintenance
• Product cost analysis

• Prepare various MIS reports

Skills & Qualification:

• B.Tech./MBA/Diploma
• 2+Experience in related field
• MS-office, Advance excel
• SAP PP/MM module
• Problem-Solving Abilities,
