Job Title: Team Manager Trainee

Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Training Duration: 6 Months

Incentive During Training: ₹15,000 per month

Post-Training Salary: ₹25,000 per month (based on performance evaluation)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Manager Trainee to join our growing team. This is a 6-month training program designed to build strong foundational skills in team management, operational processes, budget management, KPI maintenance, and profit maintenance. Upon successful completion of the training and based on performance, the candidate may be considered for a full-time Team Manager Associate position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management and Scheduling

  • Client Ticket Management

  • Billing & Collections

  • Collaborate with the HR Department for the team's staff onboarding.

  • Work with the partner for client meeting management.

  • Budget management

  • KPI management

  • Regular meeting with the management team

  • Co-ordination with the sales team for new client onboarding.

  • Develop and update necessary training materials as required.

  • Update the team's policies and procedures as required

Requirements

Skills Required

  • Strong interest in business management.

  • Good communication in English and Malayalam

  • Organizational skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

  • Empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence

  • Attention to detail and thoroughness

  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resource or Operations (Freshers can apply)
Home Office Requirements

To ensure productivity and uninterrupted work, candidates must have:

  • A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace

  • A laptop with dual monitors

  • High-speed internet with minimum speeds of:

    • 150 Mbps download

  • 9 Mbps upload

  • (Test your speed at)

  • Backup internet solution (e.g., mobile hotspot or alternate broadband)

  • Reliable power supply with a backup source (e.g., inverter or UPS)
