Position: SEO Trainee (with a path to becoming an SEO Executive)

About the Role: WebJi is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an SEO Trainee. This role is a unique blend of technical SEO and high-quality SEO Optimized content creation. You will enter a comprehensive 6-month paid training program focused on our company's advanced, research-based SEO methodologies and content quality standards.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position. After successfully completing the training, you maybe promoted to the role of SEO Executive with increased responsibilities and a revised salary.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Qualification:

  • You must have either:

A minimum of 6 months of hands-on SEO experience, OR Completion of a comprehensive 3-6 month SEO course.

Exceptional English Proficiency (Non-Negotiable):

  • Your English reading and writing skills must be at a 10/10 level. The role involves intensive content proofreading and optimization.
  • A background in an English-medium school is highly preferred to meet our work requirements.
  • Please note: If your command of the English language is not excellent, please do not apply.

Highly Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of WordPress and the Elementor page builder is a major plus (A+) and will be a strong advantage in the selection process.
  • Commitment: We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about building a long-term career in the SEO and digital marketing field.

The Program Structure (Your First 6 Months): You will join us as an SEO Trainee and will be responsible for learning and implementing our core strategies under direct mentorship. Our structured training will cover:

  • On-Page SEO & Content Mastery:
  • Advanced Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis.
  • Content Proofreading & Optimization: Ensuring all website content is grammatically perfect, engaging, and optimized for both users and search engines.
  • Perfecting Meta Tag Optimization (Titles, Descriptions, Headers).
  • In-depth Technical SEO: Mastering sitemaps, , schema, site speed, and more.
  • Strategic Internal Linking and URL Structuring.
  • Using Google Analytics and Search Console to drive data-based decisions.
  • Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
  • Executing our effective link-building campaigns.
  • Conducting deep backlink analysis of competitors.

After 6 Months: Upon successful evaluation, you will be confirmed as an SEO Executive, taking on more independent project management and strategic responsibilities.

Schedule: 10 AM to 7 PM IST
