Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    end-to-end recruitment
    to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
  • Develop and implement
    HR policies and frameworks
    aligned with organizational culture and compliance standards.
  • Manage
    HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance
    , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive
    employee engagement initiatives
    to create a positive and high-performance workplace.
  • Oversee
    performance management systems
    to support growth, accountability, and career progression.
  • Identify training needs and implement
    learning & development programs
    to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to
    labor laws, audits, and industry-specific HR requirements
    within the Export–Import sector.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years in HR; experience in Export–Import, Logistics, or Manufacturing preferred.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team management.
  • Candidates with prior experience handling HR in Export–Import or international trade environments.
