Job Description: Ecommerce Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Marketplace business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient operation of our ecommerce processes, from product listings to order fulfilment, customer service, and inventory management.

Location: Kavi Nagar Industrial Area, Ghaziabad

Working days: 6 days a week, work from office

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing Management:

  • Ensure accurate product listings across ecommerce/quick commerce platforms (Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit etc), including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Regularly update product information to reflect any changes in stock, pricing, or promotions.

Order Processing & Fulfilment:

  • Oversee order processing from order placement to shipping, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure products are delivered within stipulated timeframes.
  • Resolve any issues related to order fulfilment, shipping, or delivery.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement team to ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.
  • Track and manage stock levels across all sales channels to avoid stockouts or overselling.
  • Ensure that warehouse teams are aligned with inventory requirements and product storage organization.

Customer Service Support:

  • Address customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams to provide effective resolutions to customer issues.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ecommerce/quick commerce metrics (sales, order fulfilment, inventory, etc.).

Desired Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce/quick commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with online platforms like Amazon FBA/Seller Flex, Zepto, Blinkit etc.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and order fulfilment processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, Strong organizational skills.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
  • Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on quality and satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail, Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
