Job Description :

  • Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
  • Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
  • Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
  • Day To day monitoring employee attendance through Bio Metric
  • Couriers registers maintening ( In & Out) details
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.

Qualification : ( Bachelor's degree / Diploma)

Required Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and maintain order.

  • Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.

Experience : Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
