Principal ActivitiesOversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets

Supervise and mentor accounting staff. Assign tasks and monitor performance.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Utilize accounting software and ERP systems effectively

Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets

Ensure timely filing of GST returns, GST CompliancesEnsure SOX Control documentation and account reconciliationCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent Knowledge of MIS Reporting backed up with advanced Excel skill sets.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems

Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Income Tax Act, GST, and other relevant Indian accounting and tax regulations
