Designation – Coordinator

Experience 4-8 Yrs

Qualification – B.E / B.Tech Mechanical

Preferred – Male Candidate

Job Location – Dadra Nagar Haveli

Salary – 20-25K pm

(Good Communication, Relevant Experience, Long term employment)

Responsibilities:


• Assisting the sales team e2e


• Handling emails, and all sales correspondence such as invoice copies, mandate agreements, sales milestones, and Sales Trackers.


• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.


• Developing and maintaining filing systems maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and providing information to the concerned department.

Sales Coordinator Requirements:


•  bachelor's degree


• 4+ or more years of experience in Residential Sales (Eg. Should have worked with Real Estate Consulting - CRM)


• Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration.


• Good team interaction and coordination skills.


• Computer literacy (Good hands-on MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)


• Excellent communication, customer service skills.


• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.


• Current knowledge of industry trends etc.
