**Position Overview:**

As a Senior - Finishing Engineer you will be responsible for Supervision and coordination the final stages of construction, including interior and exterior finishing, to ensure they meet design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Managing finishing materials and equipment, troubleshooting on-site issues, and controlling costs for finishes within the allocated budget.

**Location:** Kolkata, India

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee and manage all finishing activities of ongoing projects, from interior to exterior.
  • Ensure the quality of finishing work, such as tiling, painting, plumbing etc.
  • Plan, procure, and manage finishing materials and equipment to prevent delays and ensure complete the tasks on time.
  • Interface with clients to understand and implement their preferences and customization requests for finishes.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, material usage, inspections, and costs, providing regular reports to seniors.
  • Address any on-site challenges or design discrepancies during the finishing phase, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor and control expenses for labours, materials, and equipment related to finishing work to stay within the project budget.
