Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of Medinova Poly Clinic, ensuring smooth coordination between departments to provide efficient and high-quality patient care. The role demands strategic planning, resource optimization, and leadership to uphold operational excellence and compliance with Qatar's healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all administrative, clinical, and support service operations of the polyclinic.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate between clinical departments, front office, HR, finance, and marketing for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with Qatar's healthcare authorities (QCHP, MOPH, Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
  • Oversee facility maintenance, vendor management, and equipment servicing schedules.
  • Monitor and control operational budgets and expenses.
  • Track performance metrics including patient satisfaction, staff productivity, and operational KPIs.
  • Handle escalated patient complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Ensure all staff follow safety, quality, and infection control standards.
  • Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Minimum Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in clinic or hospital operations.
  • Prior experience in managing a multispecialty medical centre in Qatar preferred.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, planning, and team coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software.
  • Ability to manage multitasking in a fast-paced clinical environment.
