About the Role:
We're looking for a
results-driven PPC Specialist
with 2–3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team in our Goa office. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across
Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
platforms. You'll use data-driven insights and AI-powered tools to maximize ROI, drive qualified leads, and help our clients achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Define clear campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
2. Ad Creation & Optimization
- Create engaging ad copy and visuals tailored to each platform.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-backed optimizations.
3. Keyword & Audience Research
- Perform detailed keyword research for Google Ads campaigns.
- Leverage advanced audience targeting and segmentation for Google and Facebook Ads.
4. Budget Management
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly spend to stay within targets while meeting campaign goals.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Prepare actionable performance insights and communicate results to stakeholders.
6. Continuous Learning & Trend Awareness
- Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and AI tools for campaign optimization.
- Apply new strategies and insights to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience
managing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful PPC campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience using
AI-driven tools
and automation for campaign optimization.
- Understanding of
demand generation
and lead acquisition strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency with
Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager,
and reporting tools.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of
SEO and content marketing principles
is an advantage.
