Key Responsibilities:

Desktop Support:

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and OS issues on Windows/macOS devices.

  • Configure and deploy new systems, ensuring compliance with IT standards.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles through Active Directory.

  • Support enterprise software and tools including MS Office 365, VPN clients, antivirus, and endpoint protection platforms.

  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory.

Network Support:

  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity issues.

  • Assist in the configuration and basic administration of network devices (switches, routers, access points).

  • Coordinate with ISPs/vendors for resolution of connectivity issues and

performance optimization.

  • Monitor network health and assist in root cause analysis of outages.

Escalation & Process Management:

  • Serve as the point of escalation for unresolved L1/L2 tickets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 0-2 years of hands-on experience in desktop and network support.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux/macOS troubleshooting.

  • Proficient in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

  • Familiar with remote support tools ( Anydesk,Teams & Ultraviewer)

  • Good understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).

  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

  • A+, Network+, or Security+
