Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and school visits.
  • Provide detailed information about the schools curriculum, facilities, admission process, and policies to prospective parents and students.
  • Guide parents and students through the complete admission journey from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Maintain and update admission records, databases, and reports accurately.
  • Organize and conduct school tours, orientation sessions, and admission-related events.
  • Collaborate with the academic and administration team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
  • Support the schools marketing and outreach initiatives for admissions (seminars, workshops, open houses, etc.).
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to ensure trust and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (preferably in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Prior experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or front-office roles (preferably in the education sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle parent/student queries with empathy.
