As a Global Category Director - Collagen at Rousselot, a Darling Ingredient brand, you will spearhead the strategic direction and growth of our collagen portfolio. This Architect-level role demands an expert leader with broad management experience, capable of navigating complex operational, human, and financial challenges. You will drive long-term business strategies with a 3-5 year impact, directly influencing organizational success. Your exceptional communication skills will foster consensus among diverse stakeholders, shaping the future of a critical global category.

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive global strategies for the collagen category, ensuring market leadership and sustainable growth.
  • Drive significant business growth and manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the collagen category across diverse global markets.
  • Define and implement strategic plans with a 3-5 year horizon, resolving complex operational and financial challenges.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless strategy execution and product commercialization.
  • Direct and optimize the structure and performance of multiple teams, fostering a high-achieving environment.
  • Manage critical communications with long-term strategic implications, influencing stakeholders to achieve consensus on key objectives.
