Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and examine monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle general ledger accounting including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing in compliance with local laws.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense forecasting.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audit requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profitability.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to professional accounting standards.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA preferred).
  • 3 TO 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (, Tally, ).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
