Role Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Manager (6+ years of experience) to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships with, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns. The Assistant Manager will oversee and implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content marketing and generate leads to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for managing and Growing client relationships, managing a team of digital marketers and vendors ensuring the business goals.

Key Responsibilities


• Understand the existing Digital marketing strategies, develop and implement digital marketing strategies to scale up and achieve business goals.


• Manage and grow client relationships.


• Oversee all aspects of our digital marketing strategy & execution, including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and content marketing.


• Coordinate and manage digital marketing projects.


• Manage a team of digital marketers & Vendor management.


• Generating, analyzing data and performance metrics using Analytics tools for effective decision-making.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:


• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.


• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 2-3 years in a senior role with a track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns/ strategies.


• Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, email marketing, GEO, AEO, content marketing and project coordination.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Experience managing and growing client relationships.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.


• Experience in handling digital marketing team management & vendor management.


• Experience in B2B, Finance services marketing will be addon.
