Senior SAP SD Consultant

*This position is for Ahmedabad location and is a Lead-level role.*

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Life Cycle Implementation:
• Lead and contribute to SAP developments and SAP implementations projects covering all phases from Scoping, Project Preparation, Business Blueprinting, Realization, Final Preparation, Go-Live, and Continuous Support.
• SAP SD Configuration and Customization:
• Configure and customize SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules for Customer Master, Material Master, Organizational Structure, and Order Management processes (Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, Scheduling Agreements, Consignment Orders, and Third-Party Order Processing).
• Configure and support Sales Documents (Quotation, Inquiry, Orders, Credit Memo Request, Stock Transport Orders, Contracts), Delivery and Billing Documents.
• Set up Item Categories, Scheduling Categories, Copying Controls, Special Sales Orders, Complaints, and Availability Check (ATP).
• Support integration with logistics functionalities like Outbound Delivery Processing, Picking, Goods Issue, and Warehouse Management.
• Experience in preparing EDI and IDOC documents.
• Pricing and Billing Configuration:
• Configure pricing procedures and condition techniques, including price, freight cost, rebate discount, and tax condition types.
• Manage billing configurations including Billing Types, Complaints, Billing Plan, Milestone Billing, Account Determination, and Invoice Handling (Individual, Collective, Inter-Company Billing, Credit/Debit Memos).
• Shipping and Transportation:
• Implement and manage shipping processes including delivery types, item categories, picking, goods issue, and interface with warehouse management.
• Work on scheduling, routing, route determination, and transportation processing.
• Variant Configuration:
• Configure variant-based solutions, including defining characteristics, class, configuration profiles, and object dependencies. Manage variant pricing and simulations.
• Cross-Functional Integration:
• Integrate SAP SD with other modules such as FI/CO, MM, PP, and WM, ensuring seamless end-to-end business processes.
• Participate in the creation of functional specifications for WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
• Testing and Support:
• Execute unit and integration testing for Order-to-Cash and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Manage project activities from GAP Analysis to Cut-Over Support and ensure smooth delivery.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver SAP solutions on time and within scope.
• Efficiently manage time, resources, and communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients.
• Experience:
• SAP SD experience, with at least 2 full life cycle implementations.
• Strong background in SAP configuration, including SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, and WM integration.
• Knowledge of industry sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and financial services.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD, logistics execution, pricing, and billing configurations.
• Technical Skills:
• SAP ECC, WRICEF, EDI, IDOCs, and integration with other modules.
• Knowledge of intercompany, scheduling agreement, Third party and transportation management in SAP.
• Certifications: SAP Sales and Distribution certification either in SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA will have added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
