About the Role
As
Senior Manager – Personal Care
at Winways Chemtech, you will lead sales, business development, and product expansion initiatives. You will drive market growth, build strong B2B relationships, and manage a high-performing team to achieve strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Launch and expand new product lines with effective go-to-market plans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide technical support.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team for high performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of sales & business development experience in
Personal Care
. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Deep knowledge of paints, coatings, raw materials, and applications.
