ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a hands-on NetSuite Developer with a strong passion for building, customizing, and optimizing business systems to support operational efficiency and growth. Candidates with experience in Oracle NetSuite CRM and are highly encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Develop and maintain customizations within the NetSuite CRM environment.
• Design and support system configurations, including saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and forms.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues, manage support tickets, and handle user roles, permissions, and onboarding.
• Work with NetSuite CRM modules for lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer data optimization.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and system improvements.
• Manage data imports and exports using CSV and EDI formats.
• Lead and support Celigo-based integrations with third-party platforms.
• Maintain and enhance integrations with BigCommerce, Magento2, and other systems.
• Build and optimize project workflows, task boards, and cross-team collaboration tools in
• Collaborate with internal teams to support company-wide NetSuite implementations and upgrades.
• Ensure system accuracy, performance, and security through best practices.
• Provide technical documentation and cross-functional knowledge sharing.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 3+ years of NetSuite development (SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, customizations).
• Strong experience in Oracle NetSuite CRM, including customer lifecycle and sales pipeline modules.
• Experience managing and customizing workflows and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite system architecture: roles, permissions, and security.
• Experience with inventory and financial modules in NetSuite.
• Proficient in Core Java, JavaScript (JSON), SQL.
• Skilled in data handling using CSV and EDI.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Bonus skills:

• Hands-on experience with Celigo integration platform.
• Proven experience with BigCommerce integrations.
• Familiarity with KPI and dashboard tools like Tableau.
• Exposure to enterprise-level software environments.
