**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations under US GAAP, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance for US clients.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring compliance with US regulations.
3. Assist in US tax return preparation (individual & corporate) and tax planning strategies.
4. Work on audit support, compliance documentation, and financial analysis.
5. Communicate with US clients.
6. Stay updated with IRS regulations, US tax laws, and financial reporting requirements.
7. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or Sage for managing client records.
