Job Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Amazon Ads Specialist who can optimize advertising campaigns to reduce ACOS and TACOS, increase sales, and improve overall profitability. The ideal candidate will manage ad budgets efficiently, create and execute strategic campaigns, analyze performance data, and ensure our sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display).
  • Reduce TACOS and ACOS while driving profitable sales growth.
  • Analyze and manage sales and advertising data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to scale up campaigns and product visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage daily budgets, campaign structures, and ad placements for maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with inventory and listing teams to ensure availability and content optimization.
  • Track, measure, and report KPIs weekly and monthly.
  • Stay updated on Amazon algorithm changes, ad trends, and new features.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Amazon Ads / PPC campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp (preferred).
  • Understanding of E-commerce metrics like ACOS, TACOS, CVR, CTR, and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing Flipkart, Meesho, or Myntra ads.
  • Knowledge of Amazon DSP or external traffic strategies.
  • Creative mindset for A/B testing ad copies and visuals.
