Job Title: Senior Assistant Document Controller

Designation : Mid/Senior

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • M aintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Circulative copies all incoming and outgoing documents to stakeholders.
  • Maintain updated contact lists, trackers, and filing systems for easy access and reference.
  • Create, organize, and maintain project-related and administrative documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Ensure all documents are properly formatted, version-controlled, and archived as per company standards.
  • Coordinate submission of project documents to the customer.
  • Manage travel requests, purchase requisitions, and general office coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance of office equipment's like Printers, plotter etc.
  • Support Warehouse Manager in managing the warehouse security.
  • Manage duty allocation and planning of site vehicles to be used for ITC team.
  • Support Admin for booking hotel accommodation & local travel arrangements for visiting employees.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools such as SharePoint, WorkDrive, or similar systems.

Experience:

  • 4-8 years of experience in managing project documentation.
