Position: Sr. Executive –EOHS (Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety)Organization: Cyient DLM Limited ;\/a>Work Location: GMR Aerospace Park,Shamshabad, Hyderabad.Experience: 5 – 8 YearsQualification: Engineering Graduate / M.Tech inEnvironmental Engineering, Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety (recognizedby State Technical Board)Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and occupational safety regulations.Maintain statutory documentation and reporting in line with Telangana Government norms and PCB standards.Monitor environmental parameters and manage waste disposal through authorized vendors.Oversee occupational health center and maintain all factory -related licenses (Factory, Explosives, Labour, PCB consents).Conduct training programs including safety inductions, mock drills, tool -box talks, and emergency preparedness.Implement and certify ISO and other safety/environmental standards.Lead safety audits, risk assessments (JHA/HIRA), and develop SOPs.Supervise maintenance and inspection of fire safety systems, lifting equipment, and other critical infrastructure.Drive initiatives like 5S, Safety Day/Environment Day celebrations, and safety committee meetings.Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to maintain a strong EOHS culture.Manage procurement and availability of PPEs in coordination with purchasing teams.Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports as per Factory Act compliance.Ensure SEZ safety compliance including documentation like TR and Invoicing.Skills Required:In -depth knowledge of safety and environmental laws & compliance.Strong documentation and report preparation capabilities.Experience with ISO standards, safety audits, and government liaison.Proactive in conducting trainings, developing SOPs, and improving safety culture.Ability to coordinate across functions and lead safety -related initiatives.
