  • Responsible for gate entry, material receipt (GRN, MRN), and overall monitoring of incoming materials.
  • Receive, identify, stack, and store all materials properly to ensure systematic storage and easy retrieval.
  • Maintain accurate stock records for all raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
  • Verify materials against purchase order specifications and provide receipt acknowledgment.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Department for material inspection and approval.
  • Ensure gate entry reconciliation for verification and 100% accounting of all material inwards.
  • Perform inventory monitoring and control, prepare monthly stock reports, and communicate the same to the Procurement/HOD (MIS Report).
  • Ensure job work and work orders are closed on the same day.
  • Maintain the Daily Stock Account (DSA) Register accurately.
  • Support in the implementation and operation of SAP and other store management software.
  • Maintain all relevant records in Microsoft Excel, including challan details and special project documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, LIFO, and FIFO stock management practices.
  • Handle dispatch operations including DDGS, Ethanol, and Jute/PP Bag dispatches efficiently.
