Job Overview

Narayana Infra is seeking Junior Anchors to actively represent the company at events, on digital platforms, and across property showcases. This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Kurnool, Anantapur, Karimnagar, Guntur, and Vijayawada. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a passion for real estate and audience engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Public Speaking (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated confidence and clarity while presenting to small and large audiences, both live and in digital formats.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Social Media Engagement: Skilled in utilizing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive audience interaction and brand presence.
  • Content Creation: Experience in developing engaging scripts, video teasers, and announcements suited for diverse channels and property launches.
  • Team Collaboration: Proactive communication skills to coordinate effectively with sales, marketing, and event teams for seamless execution.
  • Storytelling: Aptitude for conveying Narayana Infras brand and property value propositions through compelling narratives and visuals.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficient in structuring impactful presentations and demonstrations that illustrate property features and investment incentives.
  • Market Awareness: Staying informed about real estate trends in assigned locations to provide valuable and timely information to audiences and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the companys public face at on-site events, property launches, and digital campaigns, engaging both live audiences and online viewers.
  • Prepare and deliver scripts that highlight the unique selling points of plotted layouts and prime real estate offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute successful property promotions and brand campaigns.
  • Take charge of live social media sessions, property walkthroughs, and Q&A interactions to boost awareness and encourage potential investments.
  • Stay updated with local market trends and competitive activities to ensure messaging is relevant and impactful.
  • Conduct interviews with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to collect testimonials or insights for content creation.
  • Provide timely feedback and reporting after each event or campaign to help refine future strategies and engagement methods.
  • Continuously hone public speaking and presentation skills to represent Narayana Infra with professionalism and charisma at all times.
