Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day plant operations under the supervision of senior operators.
  • Operate and monitor process equipment, control panels, and auxiliary systems.
  • Support preventive and routine maintenance activities of mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Record operating data, log sheets, and process parameters accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, radiation protection, and quality protocols at all times.
  • Report any abnormalities or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
  • Participate in shift operations and comply with operational schedules.
  • Learn regulatory, technical, and process documentation relevant to plant operation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in operational areas.
  • Support calibration and testing of instruments and safety interlocks as required.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Education: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in plant operation, utility systems, or maintenance will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety and preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and P&ID (preferred).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and learn new technologies.

Training & Growth:

Selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training covering:

  • Plant operation and control systems
  • Radiation safety and quality management
  • Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Regulatory compliance and documentation
