This individual will play a key role in driving the growth of EC-Council Aware's cybersecurity awareness solution, a leading platform for training and phishing simulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling security awareness solutions, with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and its needs. Position: Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Noida, India.

Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred Key Responsibilities are:Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify new leads for EC-Council Aware through various channels including inbound inquiries, outbound calls, emails, and social media. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the EC-Council Aware platform, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, virtual presentations, and meetings with prospective clients to showcase the capabilities of EC-Council Aware and its benefits.

Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring that opportunities are followed up on and converted in a timely manner. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, offering them personalized solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align efforts and enhance the customer journey, including lead nurturing and post-sales support.

Reporting: Track sales activities, progress, and performance metrics using CRM systems and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager. Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in cybersecurity, particularly in the field of security awareness and phishing simulations, to provide relevant solutions to clients. Required skills, experience and qualifications:Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in selling cybersecurity or security awareness solutions.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, phishing simulations, and security awareness training programs. Candidate having 2-5 years of experience is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions to a variety of audiences.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills. Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)Preferred Skills:Experience with EC-Council Aware or similar security awareness solutions. Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and key industry players.
