Role Description
This is a Full time role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes daily tasks such as customer service, responding to inquiries, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in International Inside Sales
- Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Passion for early childhood development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
First 30 Days Timings -
Mon-Friday(WFO) : 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Saturday(WFH) : 10 AM - 7:30 PM
Post 30 Days -
Mon-Friday(WFO) : 2 PM - 11 PM
Saturday(WFH) : 2 PM - 11:30 PM
