As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities:1. Customer and Vendor Reconciliations Monitor and manage outstanding receivables and payables by conducting regular reconciliations of debtor and creditor accounts.

Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams or external parties to ensure timely resolution and accurate account balances.2. Invoice Booking Process and record incoming invoices with accuracy. Verify supporting documentation and ensure all entries are correctly categorized under appropriate ledger heads, maintaining compliance with internal accounting policies.

3. Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) Conduct timely bank reconciliations by comparing bank statements with the company's financial records. Identify variances, investigate issues, and ensure the accuracy of cash and bank account balances.

Key Skills Required: strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial tasks

Knowledge of TDS and GST2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced working knowledge of MS ExcelExcellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory compliance

Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is preferred
