Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and analyzing structural components for industrial projects, ensuring safety, sustainability, and compliance with all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structural Design and Analysis:
    Develop detailed design plans and specifications for civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Project Management:
    Oversee and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to ensure integrated and efficient project execution.
  • Site Inspections:
    Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, monitor construction processes, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Compliance and Standards:
    Ensure all designs comply with local, national, and international codes and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
    A minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in civil/structural design, particularly in industrial projects.
  • Software Proficiency:
    Strong proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and other relevant tools.
