Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted web research to locate and extract client information (e.g., company names, contacts, addresses, emails, phone numbers) relevant to our business.
  • Validate and cleanse collected data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Input and update data in Excel spreadsheets, using features like formulas, filters, and pivot tables; ensure data is formatted correctly for CRM integration.
  • Import or map clean data accurately into CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Collaborate with business or marketing teams to prioritize data needs and research focus areas.
  • Maintain a systematic audit trail of sources and data origin for transparency and traceability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in web research, data mining, or similar roles involving online data extraction.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including use of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, conditional formatting, and pivot tables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
