Solar Miner, a leading provider of solar energy solutions, is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive cum Content Writer. Based in Gota, Ahmedabad, this role offers the opportunity to work during morning hours, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Australian Eastern Standard Time. If you are passionate about renewable energy, skilled in social media management, and have a knack for crafting compelling content, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to elevate Solar Miner's brand presence and drive engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and informative content for various social media channels, including posts, stories, videos, and blogs.
- Craft compelling copy that resonates with our audience and conveys the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and discussions relevant to the renewable energy industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated campaigns that align with Solar Miner's brand voice and objectives.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content and campaign strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer outreach to expand Solar Miner's reach and audience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Creative thinking ability with a track record of generating innovative content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
