Role: Senior Treasury Associate

Location:
Bengaluru (On-site, Full-time)

As a Senior Treasury Associate, you will play a key role in managing Ultrahuman's treasury operations, ensuring financial efficiency, and supporting the company's growth journey. You will be responsible for daily cash and liquidity management, financial analysis, and maintaining strong banking relationships, while collaborating across teams to optimise treasury processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily treasury and cash management operations
  • Maintain and strengthen banking relationships
  • Monitor FX exposure and manage multi-currency transactions
  • Perform financial and treasury-related analyses to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth treasury operations
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of treasury activities

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in treasury and banking related functions
  • Strong proficiency in
    Treasury Management
    and
    Cash Management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
