Job Role : Sales Calling Executive – Real Estate

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: 1–4 Years

We are looking for a Sales Calling Executive to join our real estate team someone who can confidently connect with potential buyers, follow up on leads and create a positive first impression for the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite and engaging personality and the ability to build trust with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads generated through various online and offline sources.
  • Professionally greet and engage with customers, understand their property requirements and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and client meetings.
  • Regularly follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into visits or sales.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous communication with clients at all times.
  • Share daily/weekly call reports and lead status updates with management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Pleasant tone, confident speaking ability and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools).
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a customer-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
