Job Title: Massage Therapist

Job Summary:

The Massage Therapist provides professional massage and body treatments to clients in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment. This role focuses on promoting relaxation, improving circulation, relieving stress and pain, and supporting clients' overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage (depending on certification and client needs).
• Evaluate clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality, and muscle strength to determine appropriate treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment notes and progress.
• Provide guidance on stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques to complement therapy sessions.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked before and after each session.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements.
• Promote spa/clinic services, products, and wellness programs.

Working Conditions:

• Work environment may include spas, wellness centers, clinics, or fitness facilities.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and perform massage techniques for long durations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹68,950.13 per month
