Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various massage therapies such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aroma Therapy, Head & Foot massage, etc.
  • Ensure a relaxing, safe, and hygienic environment for clients at all times.
  • Consult clients to understand concerns, medical conditions, and expectations before treatment.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, linens, equipment, and product inventory.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.
  • Follow company service protocols and grooming standards.
  • Maintain treatment logs and assist with product recommendations when needed.

Requirements

  • Certification in Spa/Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in a spa or wellness center (freshers with strong skill also considered).
  • Good communication skills — Malayalam or English preferred.
  • Pleasant personality, disciplined and client-friendly attitude.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with long working hours.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the brand.
