  1. Ensure Functioning of Purchase and Stores Activities
  2. Fulfillment to purchasing commitments.
  3. Statutory & Regulatory compliance for purchased product
  4. Evaluation, Selection and development of Suppliers.
  5. Procurement of materials to specified requirements, receipt, storage and issue of incoming goods.
  6. Monitoring & Analysis of Functional Objectives/Process Measures taking appropriate actions to improve them
  7. Handling of NC parts as per NC Control Procedure
  8. Ensure Kaizens are implemented in the dept
  9. Ensure 5S is in place
  10. Pro- Actively Work on Risk and Opportunity Analysis and Mitigation Plan accordingly
  11. Supplier QMS Development
  12. Responsible for outsourcing machining activities.
  13. Ensure Good Supplier Overall Rating with proper action plan in case of Low Rating or Major NCs
  14. Ensure availability of Skill Matrix and Competence Mapping of Team Members, Gap Analysis and Training Arrangements
