We are hiring Project SCM / Procurement Team- Capex at a Wind Farm Project Site for a large Industrial House subsidiary which is putting up a large Wind Power Project at Gadag, (60 kms from Hubli Airport / Hubli City ) in Karnataka.

A.M / Manager : Project SCM / Procurement (Capex) @ Project Site

Location: Hubli / Gadag (Karnataka)

For local operational ease, knowledge of Kannada language is mandatory.

Salary and Position will be in relation to the Experience and your present CTC.

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engg / Electrical / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical

Experience: 8 to 15 years and above.

Engg Graduates with Hybrid Degree of B.Tech 3 Years plus Diploma 3 years are also eligible.

Employment : Under Company rolls.

Role:

Closely work with Corporate Capex Project Procurement team and ensure timely delivery of project Capex equipments / Contracts / Services as per the Project Planning Schedule.

Support Site Project Execution team with small purchase from the near by areas as per the PO limits approved for local purchases.

Project Procurement Expediting

Coordinate the complete PRPODelivery cycle and ensure timely material availability.

Support procurement of tools, equipment, and consumables required for project execution.

Assist in vendor evaluation and finalization processes.

Maintain and update the site vendor database.

Ensure timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) preparation and inward material tracking.

Ensure timely processing of Bills as per agreed PO terms.
