Position - CMM Operator

Experience- 1-5 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CMM machines (e.g. Hexagon, or similar) to perform dimensional inspections of auto components.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T symbols to develop and execute accurate inspection plans.
  • Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection of machined and assembled parts.
  • Create and edit CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MCOSMOS.
  • Analyze and record measurement data; prepare inspection reports and documentation as per quality standards.
  • Ensure inspection tools and measuring equipment are calibrated and maintained.
  • Communicate findings and work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action for non-conforming products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Follow all ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 quality system requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month
