Position: Hospital Manager

Qualification: MBA in Hospital Management or Master's in Hospital Management

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospital Administration or a relevant healthcare role (Experience with patient flow management and hospital operations preferred)

Reporting To: Director – Health / Hospital Director

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Coordinate with medical, nursing, and support teams to maintain quality patient care.
  • Supervise administrative functions including OPD, IPD, billing, records, housekeeping, and front-office activities.
  • Monitor hospital protocols, quality standards, and safety guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Handle staff scheduling, duty rosters, and workforce management as per hospital needs.
  • Manage patient services, address grievances, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor hospital inventory, equipment, consumables, and coordinate timely procurement.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Support audits, inspections, and accreditation processes as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies for hospital operations.
