Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Data Management**:

- Handling patient registrations, appointments, and billing using hospital management software.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient information, billing details, and documentation.
- Ensuring accuracy in patient records and billing information.
- **Billing and Invoicing**:

- Preparing and processing patient bills and invoices.
- Ensuring correct computation of outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) billing according to guidelines.
- Managing outstanding payments and following up on overdue bills.
- Preparing final bills for discharge.
- **Insurance Claim Management**:

- Verifying insurance coverage and submitting claims to insurance companies.
- Tracking claim payments and resolving rejected claims.
- Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Processing patient payments and managing accounts receivable.
- Verifying and processing insurance payments.
- Resolving billing disputes and making adjustments.
- **Other Duties**:

- Coordinating with different hospital departments, including front office and finance.
- Managing patient inquiries related to billing.
- Preparing reports on billing activities and outstanding invoices.
- Maintaining internal billing records and collection reports.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Preparing final bills for discharge.
- Verifying case sheets and collecting reports of investigations and tests.
- Modifying final bills after bill concessions.
- Collecting settled bills from the previous day.
- Following up on pending bills.
- Preparing monthly reports on pending bills and concession bills.
- Transferring cash billing details to the credit billing section.
- Preparing state government reimbursement certificates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
