**Role Overview**: The Field Marketing Executive will help promote our hospital’s services and engage with the community to **increase patient numbers**. This role involves **organizing health camps, outreach programs, and creating partnerships with local organizations.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Community Outreach**: Develop and run programs to inform the community (people) about our services.
- **Health Camps**: Organize and manage health camps in different areas in and around Ranchi to provide basic health services and promote the hospital.
- **Partnerships**: Build and maintain relationships with schools, local businesses, and community organizations.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute events, workshops, and seminars to engage the community and promote health education.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Work with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns to attract and retain patients.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to find new outreach opportunities and gather feedback to improve services.
- **Reporting**: Keep accurate records of activities, campaign performance, and community feedback. Report regularly to the marketing manager.
- **Brand Representation**: Represent the Hospital professionally and in alignment with our values and mission.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in **healthcare/ hospital sector**.
- Excellent **communication**and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Experience in organizing health camps or community outreach programs.**:

- **Knowledge of the local healthcare market in Ranchi.**:

- Ability to analyze market trends and data.
