*Job Title:* Sales Officer - Home Loans Sales

*Location:* Bangalore

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced Sales Officer to drive sales growth for our Home Loan (B2B &B2C sales). The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • *Home Loan Sales:*

  • Generate new leads and sales for Home Loan products

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners

  • Provide excellent customer service and support

  • Meet and exceed sales targets

  • *B2B Sales:*

  • Identify and acquire new business partners (developers, builders, etc.)

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

  • Promote Home Loan products to business partners

  • Negotiate and close deals

  • *Common Responsibilities:*

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Customer Service)

  • Meet and exceed sales targets

*Requirements:*

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in the banking/finance industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

  • Knowledge of Home Loan products and B2B sales is desirable
