Role Overview:

We're looking for an Implementation Specialist who can work directly with customers to set up, configure, and launch UnleashX AI agents into their workflows. You'll be the bridge between product, sales, and customers ensuring smooth onboarding and real adoption.

What you'll do:

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers
  • Configure and customize AI agents based on client needs (no-code setup, integrations, workflows)
  • Translate business requirements into workable solutions inside UnleashX
  • Run training and enablement sessions for customer teams
  • Track adoption, identify blockers, and work with product/engineering to resolve issues
  • Create playbooks, FAQs, and internal documentation to improve the onboarding process

What we're looking for:

  • 1–3 years experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or customer success (SaaS/tech preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • Ability to pick up new tools quickly and explain them to others in simple terms
  • A customer-first mindset with a bias toward action
