Digital Marketing Partner

We're on a mission to build and scale a US-based digital marketing agency & we're looking for a driven, multi-talented digital marketer to join as a Co-Founder / Growth Partner.

This is not a typical "job." It's an opportunity to co-create and grow a business with an experienced digital marketer who has been in the industry for over 5 years, handling clients across US states.

You'll help establish the agency's foundation- building our brand, developing strategies, creating marketing systems, and simultaneously, handling client projects until we make our next hire.

We want someone who's not afraid of wearing multiple hats - a female digital marketer who is energetic, adaptable, confident on camera, and eager to grow.

You'll work closely with the founder, share accountability, and take full ownership of results. This is a true partnership role where you win when the agency wins.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development
:

Help establish the agency's brand presence through SEO, social media, and web strategy.

Social Media Management:

• Create and post engaging content using Canva.

• Confidently appear in Reels and marketing videos.

• Strategically manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and LinkedIn.

SEO & Content:

• Plan, write and execute content, on-page and off-page SEO for our brand and future clients.

• Drive traffic and measurable growth through content and keyword strategies.

Advertising (PPC):

• Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube campaigns.

• Support in tracking performance and improving ROI.

Web Design & Development:

• Design and develop modern, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and other website builders.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end coding is a plus.
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and aligned with business goals.

Sales & Client Management:

• Participate in client meetings (mostly during US hours).

• Handle outreach, proposals, and follow-ups.

Team & Accountability:

• Be an active motivator, collaborator, and problem solver.

• Work together through challenges, support each other, and maintain consistent growth energy.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and SEO.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and overall online marketing.
• Basic Canva design skills (no need to be a professional designer).
• Excellent communication and confident English-speaking ability.
• Comfortable on camera (for reels, sales videos, and client interactions).
• Must be willing to work in-office, 6 days a week.
• Flexibility to work during US night hours as required for meetings and campaigns.
• Future readiness to switch to a full night shift (US time) if business expansion requires it.
• Entrepreneurial mindset - ownership-driven, consistent, and focused on results.
