Role Overview
As a Brand Executive, you will be working closely with the Brand Manager and leadership team to bring our brand vision to life. You will be responsible for executing digital and offline campaigns, managing content, coordinating PR, and ensuring that our brand voice stays sharp, consistent, and relevant.
This role is ideal for someone who has already spent 2–3 years in brand marketing, communications, or content, and now wants to work on a fast-paced, high-impact brand that combines healthcare and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Marketing Execution
- Work with the Brand Manager to roll out brand campaigns and initiatives across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (website, social media, PR, internal communications, events).
- Support the development of marketing materials, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Content & Communication
- Manage content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters, and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and agencies to produce high-quality brand content.
- Draft press releases, media notes, and communication briefs
- Track and manage the execution of social media campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and paid media initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics, audience engagement, and suggest data-backed improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant.
- Assist in planning and executing events, launches, and brand activations.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or related functions.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics, content management, and PR.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Industry Preference (not mandatory): Healthcare, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer brands.
