Job Description

We are looking for a creative, smart, and forward-thinking Software Developer who can build software tools AND also contribute innovative business ideas, automation concepts, and digital solutions for our growing group of companies.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a startup-style environment, explore new technologies, and participate in launching new business ideas along with software development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development

  • Develop small web/mobile applications, dashboards, and automation tools
  • Create internal tools for sales, SCM, HR, production, and accounts
  • Build APIs, automation scripts, and reporting systems
  • Maintain and improve existing software systems

2. Business Idea Development

  • Research new business models (apps, platforms, AI tools, services)
  • Share innovative ideas for launching new digital products
  • Identify revenue opportunities in software and technology
  • Assist in preparing proposals, prototypes, and MVPs

3. Process Automation

  • Automate repetitive tasks across departments
  • Integrate systems like CRM, ERP, WhatsApp API, and reporting tools
  • Develop scripts for data collection, market analysis, and sales insights

4. Technical Support

  • Troubleshoot software issues
  • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external developers
  • Support IT, networking & system administration when required

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge in Python / Java / PHP / / React / Flutter (any stack acceptable)
  • Basic experience with web development or mobile apps
  • Ability to think creatively and propose new business models
  • Good analytical & problem-solving ability
  • Interest in startups, automation, and product development
  • Freshers with exceptional skills are welcome

Qualifications

  • B.E / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. (CS) or equivalent
  • Freshers or 13 years experience
